Shipping Coverage
We ship pan India, ensuring that no matter where you are, Ollie'n'Kiki's nutritious pet food is accessible to you and your furry friends.

Order Processing and Dispatch Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Delivery times generally range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Our goal is to deliver your orders as swiftly as possible, but please note that delivery times may vary based on logistical factors and external conditions.

Shipping Charges Pan India except few states. 

  • For orders up to ₹1500: A shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied..
  • For orders above ₹1500: Shipping is free.

Shipping Charges for Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Assam, Arunachal, Sikkim, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Sikkim, Tripura, Lakshadeep & Daman & Diu:

  • For orders up to ₹1000: A shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied.
  • For orders between ₹1001 and ₹3000: A shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied.
  • For orders above ₹3000: Shipping is free.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our courier partner's website.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our customer support team at support@ollienkiki.com for assistance.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical challenges that could cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Ollie'n'Kiki will not be responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Undelivered Packages
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, a re-delivery fee may apply. Our team will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or cancellation as per your preference.
