Refund Policy

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases specified below.
  2. Eligible Returns:

    • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
    • Expired or Damaged Products: If the product you received is expired or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photographic evidence to assess the issue. A replacement or full refund will be processed once the return is approved.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at  support@ollienkiki.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns must be pre-approved, and unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  4. Refund Method:

    • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellations:

    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been dispatched, whichever comes first. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
  2. Cancellation Process:

    • To cancel an order, please contact us at support@ollienkiki.com with your order number. Our team will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds.
  3. Refund for Cancellations:

    • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
